We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with proven experience in Product Marketing to join our product team.
Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will play a cross-functional role across all Cookies' products, leading market validation, shaping product features, and driving go-to-market strategies for new launches.
Location: This is a hybrid or full remote position, with our headquarters based in Rome, Italy.
Skills:
Strong background (5+ years) in Product Management with a focus on Product Marketing.
Proven ability to validate product-market fit through testing and data analysis.
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and A/B testing tools.
Experience setting up and reading tracking systems to extract actionable insights.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools for prototyping and product analytics (e.g., AI-driven user research, automated analytics, rapid prototyping tools).
Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and execution skills.
Self-starter, highly autonomous, and results-oriented.
Experience with no-code tools is a plus.
Would be a plus:
Previous experience in gaming, sports, esports, or consumer tech products.
Hands-on experience with SQL or additional analytics platforms.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
